Rénové Skin Return & Refund Policy

At Rénové Skin, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at renoveskin.ltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at renoveskin.ltd@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
